- Operation Give a Pencil was created by our art teacher who had one simple idea...give pencils to children who need them. Our philosophy: A pencil, it’s cheap, it’s the most basic tool for creating, everyone needs a one, and it’s erasable! By collecting and giving pencils to children who are in need, we are promoting learning and creativity one school community at a time. We hope one day to give pencils to children who live in poverty all over the world. With this philanthropic mission, we hope to join a community of pencil givers, as we are not the first, but we hope that you will be inspired to donate this basic tool and help children in need.

Getting Started
So if you have some how found this site we are still working on so dont judge it just yet. Our hopeful due date is november 7, 2010. So till then stick around....please.
